ive signed up for not one but two research projects. so lots of reading around the subject and learning (and re-learning) random things like how to do a pivot table and apply for ethics approval. and ive just realised why im enjoying this so much - its because i work better when there are concrete goals. like an essay or a mini-assignment. abstract, open-ended tasks like "studying for the fracp exam" are just hopeless for me. but i dont have to do that ever again! yay!
on top of the projects, i have my interview with the vpmtp panel tomorrow. and then job applications, house hunting and also trying to get through all the other chores ive put off for four months - tax, salary packaging, sorting through the mess of paper in my room.
im revelling in the promise of tomorrows. how long can this last?
